The house can currently accommodate 6 guests with a queen size bed and a twin trundle daybed located in the large upper bedroom, and a fold out double sized memory foam sleeper sofa in the main living room. There is a full bath with tub/shower combo. You can enjoy the sunset on the spacious back deck or plan a barbeque on the outdoor patio in the rose garden.

The house is fully stocked with linens, towels and basic kitchen items for your convenience. If you have any special requests, or would like assistance with a special occasion, please let us know. We have decorated the home using repurposed and recycled items offering a clean, warm and comfy stay.

About the RV spot is a flat gravel pad with dimensions of 20 ft by 35 ft located off the main entrance to the farm. We offer an electric hook up and water. The area is next to our sweet family of goats and offers views of the surrounding woods.

In addition to the walking trails around the meadow and in the woods, you can enjoy a picnic in the grassy fields, or a quiet, meditative walk around the meadow labyrinth. This farm is delightful, rain or shine.

This working farm grows organic blueberries, lavender, vegetables, yacon products as well as farm fresh eggs. Our family of small animals add to the farm experience  We look forward to sharing our life and loves with you and your family!

FarmStay Rental Price:
Rental is $175.00 USD/night with a two night minimum stay starting October 1 through March 31. Rental price is $200.00 USD/night with a two night minimum April 1 through September 30.

Rental Price for the RV Pad:
Rental is $35.00 USD/night with a two night minimum stay starting October 1 through March 31. Rental price is $40.00 USD/night with a two night minimum April 1 through September 30. NOTE: The RV hook up is a 30 amp plug only.

Deposits / Fees:
(We assume there will be no damage to the property; however, if damages are found, this will be addressed at the time of check out)

Deposit of one night's stay of $175.00 USD (house)/$35.00USD(RV) or $200.00 USD (house) /$40.00 USD (RV) is required at time of booking depending on the dates of the stay. Entire payment may be made at time of booking or final payment will be completed at check out by cash or credit card. Receipt of your deposit and completion of the registration will secure your rental.

Cleaning fee: $125.00 USD for entire house will be charged at check out.

County Transient Tax Rate 6%

Check in is between 3 and 6 PM on the date of arrival. Confirmation should be completed the day before arrival to confirm scheduled arrival time and confirm any special arrangements made for your booking. Confirmation should be made by email at info@www.moonridgefarms.com, or via text/telephone at 503.705.0886.

Check out is by 12 PM on the day of departure unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds less a $25.00USD booking fee will be issued for cancellations made 30 days in advance.

Cancellations less than 30 days will be refunded if the rental is rebooked, less a $25.00USD booking fee.

Cancellations less than 2 weeks will be forfeited unless booking is rescheduled, rental is fully re-booked and minus a $25.00USD booking fee.

There will be no refunds due to mechanical failure, natural disasters or weather.
